All OSB, Trim, baseboard, door frames, ect. are treated with Boracare Manufacture by Nisus Corp. All Exterior walls will be constructed with 2x6 studs, "Energy Savings". All wire, plumbing penetrations will be sealed with a fire resistance material, this has an added feature that protects the home from insect and rodent intrusion, "Integrated Pest Management".
