If your product is defective in anyway please call us for a replacement. Defective goods will be replaced for the first 14 days. The shipment expenses for returning an item are to be paid for by the customer. However, we will pay the shipping of the replacement product.
 

Non-defective returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee.
 

All returns must be in a resalable condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords, cables, and documentation. Warranty card completed will void the return.

Verify Product Suitability Before Buying Please ensure that you have verified the product specifications and compatibility before purchasing the item. D & D Chemical, Inc. cannot accept returns of items for the reason that the products do not meet expectations and specifications that are not in line with the manufacturer's product specifications and intended use. For example, if you intend to purchase a Crawlspace vent fan to be used in your attic.

When returning your product's please send the following information with the product.

• Your name or company name, invoice number.
   
• Overview of the problem
   
• Daytime phone telephone number you can be reached.
   
• Your e-mail address (if applicable)

All returned products must be inspected by the Manufacture before D & D Chemical, Inc can refund any money to customer. - We have had a few buyers remove parts, tools, ect..  from orders and then try to get a full refund. Please return all parts, documents, tools, when returning orders.  -  Thanks
