Soil Treatments
Our New Construction Soil-Termite Treatments are performed just before the concrete is poured for the foundation of the home. This traditional treatment creates a treated zone beneath the foundation of the home. Once the construction of the home is complete, a B & T Pest Control  representative will return to the home and perform a perimeter treatment to the soil around the exterior foundation of the home, creating another treated zone. This treatment method is accompanied by B & T Pest Control Transferable Termite Warranty to the homeowner.
